Chad Lacy got into the glass world by going to the Tyler School of Art in 2000. After leaving their ceramics program for soft glass he soon meet Zach Pucowitz and fell in love with lampworking.
Although he doesn't mind being known as the whale guy, he does make other things like hot air balloons, horses, cannons, and classic pipe shapes too. Chad often collabs with his wife (@babedrienne) to make very unique and interesting looking carved sculptures. Go check out his instagram @chaddlacy
