Zam was in school in Humboldt county and fell into glassblowing. She was studying business and wanted to learn to sell art in a museum. Once she was in the glass studio, she knew this was for her!
Zam's first Champs show was around 2014 or 2015 and actually participated in the flame off.
Human forms really spark her imagination. She really loves to think about ancient civilization and put it into her work.
Zam really loves her corn technique, it comes out beautiful and makes you hungry.
