What Do I Need For Dabs?

Since the introduction of dabs, the biggest question for a new person that has been introduced to dabs, is "What do I need to do dabs?"  

Asking random people the same question of what do you need to do concentrates or dabs, will get you an array of answers.  While the answer typically is "oh ya, you need a rig, a banger, a torch, a dab tool, dab mat, Q-Tips and your dabs" can sound like a lot.  Well, it can be as much as you are sold on, need, or want.  It's important to know what you need to do dabs, and knowing how to do dabs is also good to know before you walk blindly into a headshop or you buy from us here online.  Be informed.

Basically, you need 3 things to do dabs at the rawest level.

1. Concentrates
2. Vehicle
3. Heat Source

When we talk about concentrates it can mean a ton of different things.   It is all basically just a concentrated form of HEMP or cannabis.  

The Vehicle

This is what is used to get the concentrates into your lungs.  Some of the most common vehicles for dabs are:

1. Dab Straw, Nectar Collector or Dab Bat
2. Banger and Rig
3. Pocket size diffuser
4. Desktop Diffuser
5. E-Nail

The Heat Source

This is what you need in order to get your dabs from room temperature up to vaping temperature.  

1. Torch for a banger, straw flavor disc pipe (not necessary) 
2. Atomizer (vape pens)
3. Heater or Coil for a Desktop or portable diffuser

Some extras that make the experience much better for dabbing are

1. Dab tool
   1. This can be really anything you want to use so long as you can grab that dab of concentrates for your dabbing experience.  
2. Dab mat
   1. You will for sure want one of these are dabs are a MESS!
3. Dab station
   1. Pretty cool thing to help keep your table nice and tidy
