This is an incredible set of functional glass art by Chris Hurley Glass, titled "Shared Insights." The set is comprised of a rig and a pipe with a matching framed glass platform for display. Various glass techniques are utilized in the construction of these pieces, in Hurley's words: "Flameworked glass, machine rolled glass, High Fire Ceramic paints on float glass, metal framed." The rig stands with an outstretched finger, proclaiming some great insight or epiphany to the lounging friend. Hurley says, "When I look at this piece I remember that shared insight that forever changed my moral compass."

The friend with the outstretched finger is a rig with a removable downstem that has a 10mm female joint, a matching flower bowl is included. The lounging friend is a hand pipe, with the stem and mouthpiece being its tail, and with a carb located at the top of the head. The framed platform is made from layers of glass that are painted with white clouds to give these friends a serene setting. Add this incredible set to your collection today!
