This is an awesome custom sherlock mouthpiece for the new Puffco Proxy, made by the talented glassblowers at the Elev8 Premier studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado! This Puffco Proxy mouthpiece was made with our signature Elvis Presley Blue Suede Shoes Butter Color.
Note: This custom mouthpiece does not include a Puffco Proxy unit, that must be purchased separately.

This is a beautiful piece for the Proxy. The Proxy doesn't sit real secure in the hole or I'd of gave it 5. The color on this one is amazing!!
