Heater cover loose

Heater cover moves as I try to spin my wand. Too big of a heater cover beyond loose bottom female connector to the vape... Thanks for this info. Please hit us up in customer care. We can help you with this. Do you have version 1 or 2?

Had it a few months when I upgraded to a silver surfer and just snapped when I put the wand on it with no pressure, definitely not the best quality

Courteous and pleasant service The product arrived relatively quickly The product arrived in good condition and intact
Spherical heater allows a great air intake, with minimal restriction, in my opinion better than volcano hybrid which I also own. Added to that it allows a system which is more ' primal' hands on experience turning wand, observing herb cook, etc.

Clever design, nipple inside seems to "mix" the air. Ensuring even heat distribution and saturation

When heat rod is elevated, the cover becomes a heat store, allowing for different experience. Love this thing!
