Public Rules

There will be 2 voting sessions

One Vote per person per Session

• There is 1 grand prize.  There is no second, third and so on.  GOOD LUCK!!!  And thank you!

• You will get to vote in Session 1 and Session 2.  Each vote is an ENTRY for a chance to win.  There is only 1 prize position for 1 lucky person

• Voting more than once per session will disqualify you from the entire experience.

• Voting for Session 1 is from September 11 through September 24

• Voting for Session 2 is from October 2 through October 8

• Using other emails to vote will disqualify you from the entire experience.

• Cheating of any kind will disqualify you from the entire experience.

• For each 3 referrals that vote, you will receive 1 more ENTRY for a chance to win!

• For ever 3 referrals you will get 1 entry.  5 is 1 entry.  You must get 6 for 2 entries, and 9 for 3 entries. 

• You must have your referrals use your email address so we can collect referrals properly and easily.

• What one randomly drawn person will win at the end of Session 2 voting

• 1 SSV WRS with either the  Phoenix Rising or Day of the Dead WRS SSV featuring the new Baller Series heater $ 369.99

• $300 in credit to use on any Elev8 gear

• You choice of a Moving Forward by Steve K to pair with your new setup!  Up to $2000 in value.

Shop Rules

• The shop that gets the most referrals WINS!

• To win the GRAND PRIZE 100 retail shops HAVE to participate.  This means please tell shops you think will benefit from Elev8.  We are doing this for our exposure and need your help.  If 100 Retail shops have not participated, the GRAND PRIZE will be cut in half.  PLEASE HELP

• With each vote there is a place to enter the shop referral.  This is your job to get your customers to vote, and enter your name for the referral.  

• The shop with the most referrals will win a grand prize to be used, sold or what ever the shop wants to do.  The shop will win a second bundle for the employee that helped them win.

• Winner will be announced October 11th

Blower Rule

Total in prizes:

Session #1 $2530 in cash and prizes

Session #2 $1978+ in cash and prizes

• Session 1 is the qualifying.  This is the build:

• Top 4 winners from each category will go on to judging in Session 2.

• Winner from each category of Session 1 gets $500 and 5 LBs of butter or lined tubing.  You pick 5 LBs of color total, mix and match.

• Second place of each category of Session 1 gets $250 and 2 LBs of butter and or lined tubing

• Third place of each category of Session 1 gets 2lbs of Butter color and or Lined tubing by Premier

• Fourth place of each category of Session 1 gets 1 lb of Butter color and or Lined tubing by Premier

• Fifth place of each category of Session 1 gets 1 lb of Butter color and or Lined tubing by Premier

• Session 2 is voting for the best of the best of both categories from Session 1:  

• The winner gets $888 and their choice of option 1 or 2 WRS pimped out with the new Baller Series heater.  Over $1300 value with cash and prize

• Second place gets $250 and 2 lbs of butter and or lined tubing by Premier

• Third place gets $100 and 2 lbs of  butter and or lined tubing by Premier

The Process of the Experience and terms and conditions

• Each blower will make a wand, knob and pimp cap for Option A, Option B or both.  

• Must register here.  You can register to the last minute, but you do have to get it out the door by the deadline below.

• The blower will send the art to Elev8 Premier to finish the wand and have Elev8 Distribution finish the knob

• The blower will be able to keep 85% of the retail sales price, which they determine with 15% going to Elev8 Veterans donated by Elev8 Distribution on behalf of the blower, if it sells on our site

• The blower will keep 100% of profits if they sell it on their own.  We will ship the items to where ever needed in the continental USA.

• The blower will be able to keep 90% of the wholesale price, (½ the retail price) with 5% going to Elev8 Veterans and 5% to Elev8 Distribution to help process.

• If you are not into competitions, that is OK, we would LOVE to have you part of the experience, just let us know you do not want to be voted on.

• The build will be a 2 week build (August 1- August 15)

• The blower should help promote the pieces when they are done.  Or better yet, as you make them and when they are done!

• Must ship out August 18th.  And MUST be received by ELEV8 no later than the 19th.

• Elev8 Premier and Elev8 Distribution will have a 2 week period to finish the parts.  (August 21 - September 3)

• Elev8 Premier and Elev8 Distribution will promote the finishing of the parts

• Elev8 Distribution will have 1 week to take images and post the items up (September 4 - September 10)

• Elev8 Distribution will promote the artists and the event

• Session 1 voting begins with two weeks of promoting the art work to win votes for your work! (Starting September 11 @ 12pm MST - September 24th)

Voting is determined by how many public votes an arts gets + Elev8 Judges + France Elev8 Judge. 

• Public Votes will represent 50% of the outcome to pick 6 top artists

• First is 12 points

• Second is 10 points

• Third is 8 points

• Fourth is 6 points

• Fifth is 4 points

• Sixth is 2 point

• 6 top artists will be picked and receive points from our Elev8 Judges (Steve, Becca, Theresa and Jeff)
• Elev8 Judge votes will represent 25% of the outcome

• Tie Breakers
• In the case where two artists are tied for a position within one of the categories, those two sets will be judged against each other and our Elev8 Judges will award 0.5pts to the set that best matches the theme. This is to ensure that there are no ties!

• We feel this is the most fair way of picking a winner.  While yes, a popularity vote can help you out a ton, it is not the determining factor.  We want the winners to be chosen based on cleanliness, how they worked their art with the WRS they chose to compliment, and who just did bad ass.  Now, can it be that a popular blower wins, of course, they do tend to bring their A game, so bring your A game and really, lets have fun!
